The Chocolate Factory – Dinner at Sunset! My Last Night in Thailand

The time has come and I finally had to leave this beautiful oasis. Thailand brought me so much in regards to growth and experience. I had not only thrusted myself out of the country to live in a place I’ve never been, but I was also moving into someone else’s space. Overall the experience has been a teacher, eye opener, and just a bliff of what life’s got in store for me.

We still had the motorbike rented so we decided to head to this beautiful restaurant we stumbled across while just riding around one day. We planned to leave out around 5:30 and made it just in time to sit outside on the water and watch the sunset. On top of the beautiful view the seating itself was so comfortable we had recliners pretty much outdoors.

The view

I have never been that relaxed at dinner.

The food was amazing from the presentation to the taste.  I begin the night with a margarita, with a brown sugar rim.

Let’s get this dinner popping! We decided to order an appetizer; shrimp and sweet corn stuffed quesadillas. They were so crunchy and flaky and the sweet corn taste mixing with the tiger shrimp was divine.

I ended up ordering the crab fried rice for my main course. The presentation was so beautiful and the portion lasted me two days.

Shall we save the best for last. The Chocolate Factory is famous for its deserts and their instore made chocolate.

I picked out a sweet bread with vanilla ice cream and a honey topping. Sugar rush sugar high!

Overall the experience and the actual taste of the food deserves 5 stars. The next time I visitThailand I will for sure hit The Chocolate Factory again.
